Caulmert are delighted to announce the arrival of Andy Minter to the Caulmert team.
Andy is an experienced and dynamic project manager who enjoys both leading and being part of a successful and productive team. He thrives in a fast paced, challenging and changing working environment.
During his career he has worked on a diverse range of projects with direct responsibility for both directing the design and leading the development of IT systems, particularly Portals and SaaS/Cloud based applications, as well as acting as project manager on a number of system implementation projects.
Andy has very strong team management, organisational and interpersonal skills. This has been demonstrated in two recent projects where he acted as mentor and motivator to a newly formed ICT team to raise their profile to integrate them within the wider business and as transformation manager for the implementation of BIM processes and technologies.
Coming from a background of engineering consultancy, Andy is highly analytical and strategic; utilising extraordinarily strong problem solving abilities and lateral thinking, while still maintaining a can-do approach.
He is a high achiever, demonstrating exceptional time planning and the necessary budgetary skills required to proficiently provide deliverables within tight budgets and deadlines.
Andy is used to working in high profile multi task environments with a proven track record in managing and delivering projects / programmes of work utilising both traditional waterfall and modern agile methodologies.
A recent project for the London Borough of Barnet is a good example of where these skills were fully utilised due to very tight programme and budgetary constraints together with varying scope from a very demanding client.
In addition to managing project budgets and timescales, Andy has spent the past 10 years at senior management level where he has had direct responsibility for the financial, commercial and technical aspects of various business services with the aim of delivering real business benefit.
Andy also possesses advanced key account management skills to liaise and interact with people at all levels, to successfully present and deliver information in an easily digestible format.
Andy will be based in our St Asaph (North Wales).
