Barn Conversions

Caulmert is appointed by an established local rural property consultancy, on behalf of the landowner, to secure the necessary planning and listed building consents, for a number of barn conversion schemes in Cheshire, for a change of use to residential. Our planning team have been involved with these schemes for a while and advising on the most appropriate course of action to maximise potential. Planning and listed building applications are currently being prepared, to be submitted shortly.
