Change for homeowners in Wales

The Welsh Assembly Government has announced that changes to the permitted development regime to allow homeowners in Wales to construct larger home extensions and garden buildings without planning permission will come into force on 30 September this year. The move follows recent extensions to permitted development rights in England.
