Development Approved in Historic Park and Garden

Caulmert has obtained planning permission for the extension of an existing water treatment building within a Historic Park and Garden in Denbighshire. The footprint of the proposed development was kept as compact as possible and the proposed materials were carefully selected to integrate with their surroundings. Existing planting is to be strengthened to provide additional screening. The mitigation measures will ensure that the historic parkland is not adversely affected by the proposed extension.
