We are delighted to announce the appointment of Chris Davies to the Caulmert business.
Chris will be joining the engineering team to take up the appointment of Director of Project Management and brings more than 25 years’ experience to the role from the Private and Public construction sectors.
Formerly with Capita as Business Director, Chris is an accomplished professional and has a pedigree of delivering high profile frameworks along with working with a number of blue chip clients such as the Welsh Government, MOD, Gwrp Llandrillo Coleg, Department for Work and Pensions (DWP Jobcentre Plus), RCGG, Allied Carpets, Lidl, Superdrug and many more.
Chris has also worked with Denbighshire County Council (Head of Property and Assets) which saw him lead an 80 strong team of senior managers, professional, technical and support staff, across all property disciplines.
With his strong background in programme and project management he has an exceptional history of managing projects from conception, through to completion, on schedule and within budget. Chris is especially skilled at strategic planning, implementing change to create organisational stability and prosperity, budget control, troubleshooting and problem and dispute resolution.

In his new role, Chris will be based at our St Asaph office, although having a national remit, and will report to Executive Director, Allan Smith.
