Caulmert is pleased to have been appointed to carry out a feasibility study into the construction of a new logistics warehouse Nr Wrexham. The initial brief is for a new 25,000ft2 warehouse along with new offices, driver facilities and remedial works to an existing yard area.
Included within the feasibility study will be the presentation of three potential options along with cost estimates, conceptual designs, flood and drainage options, autotrack modelling and initial phase 1 geo-environmental studies.
The current site is partly occupied by a combined storage/ warehousing building, which the client wishes to remodel to provide separate buildings and maximise the use of the site to meet their future growth plans. Remodelling the existing building would further increase the storage building whilst the construction of a new warehouse and offices would allow increased space as well as improve site operations.
