Mike is our founder and Managing Director. His background is in Civil Engineering and he has over 30 years’ experience in the construction and waste industry. Mike is responsible for the direction and control of all business operations and for giving strategic guidance and direction to the board to ensure that the company achieves its financial vision, mission and long term goals. Mike was previously awarded the Institute of Directors (IoD) Wales Director of the Year award and is an Ambassador for the Welsh branch of the IOD.
Chris is a Chartered Civil Engineer with over 40 year’s industry experience and notable international experience working on major engineering projects in Tanzania, UAE and Saudi Arabia. As Business Development Director, Chris is responsible for new business, working with clients across the UK to ensure we are responsive to their needs and industry developments and continue to have a positive contribution through our work.
Paul is a Chartered Structural Engineer with over 25 years’ industry experience. As Director of Engineering, Paul is responsible for the structural, civil and geotechnical engineering teams across the business. He has significant experience across the education, commercial and health sectors and was the lead Structural Engineer on the award-winning Menai Science Park.
Andrew is our Director of Environment responsible for our Environment Team and Nottingham Office. He specialises in Waste Management and has over 35 years’ industry experience, first as an Operations Manager for major waste management companies before moving into consultancy roles. Andrew and his team manage environmental permit applications and projects across the UK and internationally.
Chris heads up our Project Management Teams in Nottingham and St Asaph. He is a Member of the Association of Project Management (MAPM), an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Building (ACIOB) and a Prince 2 Practitioner. He has over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry and is an active speaker and thought-leader as Chair of Constructing Excellence Wales (CEW) and through the North Wales Best Practice Club. Chris previously studies Wildlife in Africa for National Geographic.
Peter is a chartered structural engineer with nearly 30 years’ industry experience. He is responsible for the delivery of a wide portfolio of projects across a range of sectors including industrial, commercial, residential, transport (highway structures and rail) and heritage.
Neil is an Associate Director working in our Project and Cost Management Division. He is a Chartered Real Estate professional (MRICS) and Member of the Association of Project Management (MAPM). Neil has over 25 years’ industry experience and has worked on high profile projects, including HS2 and the 2012 Olympic Park.
