Permit surrender application for Havells Sylvania closed manufacturing facility in West Yorkshire

Caulmert has been appointed to prepare an environmental permit surrender application for Havells Sylvania, one of the world’s largest manufacturers of lighting products and low energy light bulbs. Havells Sylvania required an experienced consultant to assist in the production of a surrender application following the closure of their manufacturing facility in West Yorkshire. Caulmerts permitting team are currently assisting the company through final decommissioning in order to prepare the surrender report. This will be used to demonstrate that there is no longer a pollution risk arising from operations regulated by the permit.
