Neil has experience in leading major development projects throughout the UK, starting at a strategic level of site selection and working through to implementation of the development. This has involved promotion of sites through the strategic planning process, coordination of Environmental Impact Assessment, programmes of community consultation and the submission of planning application and associated documents.
