Planning success for Leeds MRF

Caulmert Planners has recently gained approval for the extension to a Materials Recycling Facility in Leeds. The purpose for extending the existing MRF was principally to improve the processing of plastics materials. The extended facility will now incorporate a more sophisticated sorting process for plastics materials into different grades, which will ultimately be of enhanced benefit to their re-use and recycling. In addition, the increased floor space of the facility will enable a larger tonnage of recyclable material to be processed.
