Planning Support for Green Energy

Caulmert has been appointed recently to provide planning advice in connection with the proposed development of solar arrays in both Worcestershire and North Wales. We are to co-ordinate the preparation of the various specialist reports that will accompany the planning applications, including landscape, ecology, agricultural land quality, and archaeology, and to manage the planning process in each case. Our planners have also been appointed to perform a similar role in respect of the proposed installation of wind turbines on two sites in mid-Wales. These commissions are a reflection of Caulmert’s acknowledged planning expertise in the successful promotion of green energy projects.
