One of our clients with a closed landfill in their portfolio is looking at re-developing parts of the West Midlands landfill site for alternative uses. The site currently has a landfill gas engine compound, which as part of these re-development plans would need to be relocated. The client has approached Caulmert to request our assistance to assess potential relocation positions. As part of this project Caulmert will establish potential location specific constraints, outline cost for civil and M&E work, estimate gas plant downtime and associated cost therewith and assess potential impact of loss of ROC revenue.
