Caulmert is appointed by a major landowner in Stockport to redevelop an existing employment site measuring 7.5 acres for part conversion and new housing development. Our planning team have been actively involved in the design and layout of the scheme proposals, in association with the local planning authority, and have project managed the process to date. An outline planning application is in preparation which is to be submitted shortly.
