Residential Development

On behalf of a private landowner, Caulmert has been providing planning advice and guidance on the most appropriate course of action to secure permission for residential development on a 5.2 acres greenfield site within the open countryside of Derbyshire. This has involved submitting representations to the various stages of the Local Plan process, in addition to attendance at the High Peak Local Plan Examination in order to support the site. It is now one of the Council’s preferred housing sites and our planning team will be submitting an application for planning permission on the site shortly.
