Caulmert is delighted to have been appointed by TGI Friday’s UK Ltd, to secure planning permission and advertisement consent for external alterations to one of their new premises at Leicester Square in central London. The applications will include replacement shopfronts, alfresco dining areas and replacement signage to both external elevations. Our highly experienced planning team have been advising TGI Friday’s on this site and on other sites generally within their estate for a number of years.
